You’ll be joining a small product team inside Gismart building a new direction in the wellness space. Right now that’s a creative producer, a motion designer, a product designer, a PMM, two UA managers and a product manager — everyone works in one loop, with no hand-offs between departments and no long approval chains. First tests are already running: a hypothesis, a creative and a live launch can all happen within the same week, and decisions get made where the idea comes from. We’re starting from a blank page, so there’s a lot of room ahead — for the product and for the people growing it.
