Job Description

• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT systems and networks • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner • Install and configure new hardware and software as needed • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights • Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity and performance issues • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT operations.

50,000 to 62,500 USD
