Lead Consultant (Fusion Service)

Job Summary: Apex IT India is looking for a Management Consultant in Oracle CX space, willing to contribute and manage challenging tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Experience: 5+ Years

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Service Cloud modules.
• Customize Service processes using Application Composer and Redwood UI.
• Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, page customizations, and business rules.
• Configure Knowledge Management, Service Requests, Work Queues, and Case Management.
• Design and develop OTBI/BIP reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-production activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Application Composer, Groovy, and Redwood UI.
• Knowledge of OTBI/BIP Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Security and Roles.
• Good understanding of Service Request lifecycle and business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Position Type and expected hours of work: Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week

Required Education and Experience: Any Graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud.
