    • Ensure full compliance with all regulations and internal controls.
    • Establish KPIs and risk thresholds for actionable alerts.
  • Investigations & Incident Response
    • Direct investigations into dealer misconduct, player collusion, device manipulation, or system compromise.

    • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Technical teams for efficient resolution.
    • Prepare detailed incident reports for management and regulators.
  • System & Equipment Security
    • Oversee surveillance and analytical tools for game outcome and equipment integrity.
    • Implement rigorous security for gaming equipment (RNGs, shufflers, cameras) against compromise.
    • Ensure secure device configurations and maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the Game Integrity Analyst team.
    • Establish 24/7 operational coverage.
    • Conduct ongoing training on fraud detection and investigative best practices.
  • Compliance & Process Optimization
    • Manage all required documentation and reporting for regulators.
    • Assist with regulatory and internal audits.
    • Use data analytics to proactively identify and strengthen fraud detection.
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to integrate robust integrity controls.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-stakes regulated environment, such as casino operations, gaming surveillance, risk management, or compliance.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience managing and leading teams within a regulated gaming context.
  • In-depth, strong knowledge of traditional table games (e.g., blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and associated gaming procedures.
  • Proficiency in fraud detection methods, advanced surveillance techniques, and gaming regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex, large datasets and accurately identify irregular patterns.
  • Exceptional investigative, problem-solving, and incident reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience with online casino platforms or live dealer studio operations.
  • Familiarity with gaming equipment certification, RNG auditing, or device security protocols.
  • Experience applying statistical anomaly detection, wagering analytics, or game telemetry for integrity monitoring.
