Minty is seeking a Senior Counsel to support and scale the company’s legal, commercial, and privacy operations as the business continues to grow. This role will serve as a key legal partner across the organization, providing practical, business-oriented counsel on a wide range of commercial and operational matters, with an emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

You are a pragmatic and business-minded attorney who enjoys solving complex problems and partnering closely with teams across the organization. You are comfortable managing a broad range of legal matters, with particular strength in commercial contracting and advising business stakeholders on legal risk.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. You know how to communicate legal concepts clearly and practically, helping teams move efficiently while protecting the company’s interests.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are energized by helping build scalable legal processes that support growth. Finally, you are comfortable working fully-remote with occasional travel.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, and SaaS contracts.
Partner with teams across sales, marketing, product, HR, and leadership to provide practical legal guidance that supports business growth.
Support the privacy and security team on privacy, data protection, and regulatory matters impacting the business.
Identify legal and operational risks and provide clear, business-oriented recommendations to help the company move forward confidently.
Help build scalable legal processes, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency across the organization.
Assist with corporate, operational, and strategic legal matters as the company continues to grow.
The base salary range for this role is $118,000 to $144,000 commensurate with experience. At Minty, we're a performance-driven team — we set ambitious goals, celebrate wins, and believe that outsized results should be rewarded.
