About the role

The Marketing Program Specialist will support Dropzone's growth by executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline. Reporting to our Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations & Growth, this role is pivotal in continuing to differentiate Dropzone’s brand from its competitors.Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and broader GTM teams, you will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution across channels. You'll leverage data, insights, Claude, HubSpot, Asana, and other tools to optimize performance and scale program impact. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer looking to build expertise in demand generation and campaign execution within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

 

What you'll do

  • Project manage and support all multi-channel marketing programs such as third party webinars, digital sponsorships, omni-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution to drive demand and intro meetings.
  • Coordinate assets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows across Marketing and GTM teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support aligned program execution and reporting.
  • Partner with our AI orchestration vendor Cubic Squared to streamline task quality and timeline. 
  • Deliver program reporting and insights to improve performance across audience, messaging, and channels

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 
  • 1+ years’ experience in a B2B environment. 
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot, Marketo). 
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana). 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on measurable results. 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, field, and technical marketing, and marketing operations to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive continuous campaign optimization through A/B testing, performance analysis, and insights that improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to engage diverse audiences effectively, AI-forward, excellent project management skills. 
  • Early-stage startup mindset. You thrive on ambiguity and move with lightspeed execution.

Work Environment/Travel

We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. Semi-frequent travel to professional office settings and other events locally and nationally; some overnight travel expected.

 

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range below, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Dropzone your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition, all compensation packages include significant above market new hire equity grants because we believe in rewarding long term value creation. If you are hired at Dropzone your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including company paid health insurance, 401K Plan with employer match, Self-Managed PTO, parental leave, and more.

The pay range for this role is:
$80,000$90,000 USD
