Our Customer Care Specialists can start at an impressive $19.25 an hour, plus bonuses and incentives! This position offers the fantastic flexibility to work schedules that suit your lifestyle.

When will you work?

  • New-hire education includes a thrilling six weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, New Jersey, campus. You’ll explore our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician.
  • This position is remote after training, except for meetings. You must meet metrics. 
  • Regular work schedule will be: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST | One Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM per month and one extra Saturday per quarter.
  • We will provide the computer equipment for you to be able to work from home.
  • All Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids, allowing work schedules to be awarded based on tenure and performance. This means everyone has the chance to compete for and secure their ideal schedule!

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with kindness, empathy, understanding, and patience!
  • Efficiently navigate patient and prescriber profiles across systems with ease.
  • Adapt swiftly to each customer interaction, whether inbound, outbound, or written, through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions.
  • Work cohesively with a team, as well as thrive independently!
  • Engage with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while keeping our pet patients and customers as your top priority!

Who you are:

  • Possess or be able to acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License. (we train you)
  • A coachable, quick learner who embraces change!
  • Able to handle high-volume inbound calls - 60 or more a day
  • A compassionate and caring individual who adores animals and those who care for them.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures.
  • Self-motivated and energized, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • An effective and persuasive communicator
  • Able to work uninterrupted during your workday.
  • Computer-savvy, effortlessly navigating the internet!
  • A reliable co-worker with a positive, professional attitude – no exceptions!
  • Basic calculations come easily to you.
  • A high school graduate or equivalent.

Automatic Bonus Points:

  • You bring prior call center or high-volume customer service experience!
  • You possess working knowledge as a pharmacy technician.
  • You have worked as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role.
  • You’re comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, & Excel.
  • You can speak Spanish - bilingual candidates are a plus!
