Job description

iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

Director of Treasury will work closely with the CFO and will be responsible for the Company’s global treasury functions, including liquidity forecasting and lender relationships, risk management, credit/collections, accounts payable and invoicing groups. The candidate must have deep experience with private equity-backed companies with complex capital structures, and managing relationships with financial institutions.

COMMITMENTS

  • Ensure the company always maintains a strong, predictable cash and liquidity position
  • Serve as a key finance leader to the CFO, owning long-term cash management strategy and managing key relationships with financial institutions
  • Drive accurate and timely reporting on liquidity and cash flow forecasts, for internal and external audiences
  • Develop strong customer credit function in support of business goals

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the preparation of the Company’s 13-week and annual cash flow forecast with detailed analysis for weekly variances, by country and business channel
  • Develop and mentor a seasoned team of treasury professionals, establishing objectives and development plans aligned with global company strategy
  • Support day-to-day treasury operations and ensure consistent liquidity position
  • Assist with weekly/monthly borrowing base construction and supporting files
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards for reporting treasury-led functions
  • Manage all relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions supporting the Company’s cash management operations
  • Manage credit card processor relationships and PCI compliance
  • Create reports for the executive team and Board of Directors on the Company’s liquidity and key cash management operating metrics
  • Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures
  • Oversee risk management, foreign currency exposure, interest rate exposures, and intercompany loans with international affiliates
  • Develop and maintain customer credit policy, analysis, and decisions
  • Provide leadership and training to further develop managers and analysts within the treasury department

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash flow forecasting, leveraged Finance management, accounting, or finance — with at least 5 years in a corporate treasury leadership role
  • CTP, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
  • Experience with financial management systems, including Hyperion, GTreasury, and SAP
  • Demonstrated experience with complex credit agreements, debt structures and compliance, cash flow forecasting, insurance, and corporate insurance programs
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Power BI; exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills; able to communicate effectively cross-functionally at all levels of management, with lenders, external partners, and investors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing urgent requests against shifting timelines and deliverables
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

Pay Range:
$175,000$210,000 USD
