Overview:

The Global Compensation Analyst applies compensation and systems expertise to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and motivating employees. This role supports global compensation programs, provides analytical insights, and ensures data integrity across compensation systems.

In addition, this role provides administrative oversight of the company’s fleet program, including vendor coordination, policy administration, and lifecycle tracking. This responsibility supports continuity of operations and may evolve as organizational ownership is aligned.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts global job evaluations, market analysis, completes salary surveys, and provides guidance to managers regarding pay recommendations, promotions, and organizational design

  • Administers and maintains compensation programs and systems to ensure data integrity, including position management and compensation architecture

  • Audits compensation data and systems for accuracy and compliance

  • Participates in FLSA reviews and determinations

  • Handles special compensation projects, including research, troubleshooting, and ad hoc reporting

  • Serves as a consultant to Human Resources and managers regarding compensation and performance programs

  • Assists with global annual benefit audits, including data preparation for benefit statements

  • Supports the annual merit process, including communications, worksheets, audits, and reporting

  • Leads or contributes to special projects such as job competencies and salary structure analysis

Fleet Program Coordination (Operational Responsibility):

  • Coordinates day-to-day administration of the company fleet program, including vendor communication and issue resolution

  • Maintains program data and tracks vehicle lifecycle activities (assignment, maintenance, replacement, and offboarding)

  • Supports policy administration and consistent global application where applicable

  • Monitors invoices and partners with Finance and Procurement to ensure accuracy and cost tracking

  • Assists in identifying process improvements and supports transition of fleet program ownership as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience preferred

  • Three or more years of related work experience

  • HRIS experience; Workday preferred

  • Experience with Radford Salary Surveys or equivalent

  • Advanced experience in Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Compensation certifications

  • Global compensation experience

  • Experience coordinating vendor-supported programs or operational processes
