Job description

Buscamos un(a) Scrum Master que acompañe equipos de desarrollo bajo metodologías ágiles, promoviendo una cultura de colaboración, mejora continua y entrega de valor.

Será responsable de facilitar las ceremonias Scrum, eliminar impedimentos, realizar seguimiento al desempeño de los equipos y garantizar la correcta aplicación del marco de trabajo ágil, apoyando la comunicación entre los diferentes stakeholders.



Requirements

Formación

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Informática o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Scrum Master.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia implementando metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban o Agile).
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira y Confluence.
  • Deseable experiencia trabajando con equipos internacionales.

Idiomas

  • Inglés B2+ (indispensable).
