Hexie VA | Supporting a U.S. Law Firm

At Hexie VA, we are looking for a Case Manager to join our team and support one of our main clients, a U.S.-based law firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring clients receive the best possible experience while their cases are being handled.

The Case Manager will take ownership of assigned cases, communicate directly with clients, coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers, and help organize and maintain case records. You will work closely with attorneys and other team members to provide outstanding service to individuals who have been injured.

This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, people-oriented, detail-focused, and highly motivated to help clients navigate challenging situations.



Requisitos

  • Take ownership and responsibility for the cases assigned to you
  • Communicate regularly with clients throughout the course of their treatment
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure excellent case management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Gather, record, and organize documentation related to cases
  • Perform administrative tasks related to case management
  • Maintain organized records and case files

Experience and Professional Background

Required

  • Computer literacy
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 1+ year of office work experience
  • 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury law
  • 1+ year of experience working in an English-speaking professional environment

Skills

  • Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly over the phone
  • Ability to manage cases persistently and responsibly
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and providers
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Eagerness to learn complex tasks and processes

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker
  • English level C1 or higher
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Laptop or desktop computer suitable for remote work

Schedule

This role supports our client’s office in Washington (state), so the schedule follows their office hours:


Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Washington State time)
Full-time – 40 hours per week
