Zoho Projects Customization Specialist - Freelance

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize Zoho Projects modules based on organizational needs
  
• Design and implement project workflows, task automation and blueprints
  
• Configure custom fields, layouts, task dependencies and milestones
  
• Integrate Zoho Projects with other Zoho apps (CRM, Books etc.)
  
• Set up user roles, permissions and access control
  
• Create dashboards, reports and performance tracking systems
  
• Optimize UI/UX for better usability and team productivity
  
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
  

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in Zoho Projects customization & administration
  
• Working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Desk)
  
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting (preferred)
  
• Understanding of workflow automation & business process mapping
  
• API integration knowledge is an added advantage

Experience

• 1+ years of experience working with Zoho applications
  
• Proven portfolio of Zoho Projects customization or automation work

• Reports & dashboards for management insights
  
• Documentation and basic training for team usage
