Core responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications, coordinating activities and tasks among team members, stakeholders, and other departments. Documentation Management: Create, organise, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure they are available as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Scheduling and Planning: Assist in developing project schedules and timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.

What we are looking for: - Availability to work from 8:30am to 5pm AEST - Minimum of 3 years relevant experience - Strong English communication skills

Core Responsibilities: - Project coordination experience, serving as the main point of contact for all project-related communication - Proven ability to coordinate activities and tasks among team members, stakeholders, and other departments - Experience in creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation such as project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports - Skilled in resource management, including coordinating the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure availability throughout the project lifecycle - Familiarity with scheduling and planning, assisting in the development of project schedules and timelines to ensure on-time and within budget completion of tasks - Attention to detail to ensure no data is missed in project documentation - Ability to share information in markdown format for clear and organized communication.
