Cruise director Manager English Market

This is a remote position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the company’s representative onboard, maintaining excellent guest relations.
  

• Serving as the main public relations contact for passengers, crew, and partners.
  

• Coordinating all tours and excursions organized during the cruise.
  

• Presenting the daily programs and delivering clear information to guests.
  

• Providing cultural and historical presentations related to the regions visited.
  

• Resolving problems and handling incidents to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  

Requisitos

• Proven experience as a Cruise Director on river cruises (highly valued) or similar leadership roles in tourism.
  

• Previous experience as a Tour Manager or Local Guide managing cultural trips is an asset.
  

• Very high level of English (bilingual required).
  

• Strong skills in communication, public speaking, and guest service.
  

• Leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to manage dynamic situations.
  

• Academic background in History, Art, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
