Tour Manager English Market

This is a remote position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding and accompanying groups during cultural trips and excursions.
  

• Delivering cultural and historical lectures and presentations with a focus on art and history.
  

• Supporting the organization and coordination of daily programs.
  

• Assisting in the quality control of onboard services to ensure guest satisfaction.
  

• Coordinating ground operations, including buses, tickets, and local guides.
  

• Acting as the main contact for guests during tours and onboard, managing group dynamics and ensuring a smooth experience.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tour Manager or Local Guide, managing cultural trips, groups, or exhibitions.
  

• Strong knowledge or academic background in History, Art, or related fields.
  

• Very high level of English (bilingual required).
  

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  

• Ability to manage group dynamics and coordinate multiple services.
  

• Flexibility to work in international and dynamic environments.
