Job Summary:

The Director of Managed care is responsible for selling products and services to regional managed care originations and key regional components of national managed care organizations. They must be able to grow sales territories to attain company goals.

Remote position located in the South with quarterly travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to sell Byram services utilizing a structured sales process.
  • Solicit, negotiate, implement, and maintain long-term referral generating relationships. Must be able to effectively sell Byram's value proposition
  • Organize and prioritize time and schedules to maximize exposure to key customers.
  • Convert current and new customer sources into a progressively growing referral and revenue base
  • Effectively work with healthcare professionals, institutions, community agencies, trade associations, and manufacturers to promote Byram's value proposition.
  • Must be able to attend trade shows, conferences, association meetings, and educational seminars
  • Develop creative solutions to identified customer issues. Must be able to respond in a manner in which improves the customer relationship.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5 years sales experience with at least two years selling healthcare services to national or regional managed care organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and organization skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

The anticipated annual compensation for this position is $135,000-180,000. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
