Real Estate Document Preparation Specialist

This is a remote position.

Texas real estate law firm seeking full time Document Preparation Specialist. 

• Document Preparation Specialist will be required to prepare deeds, releases, MUD notices, and other legal documents needed for closings.
  
• Applicants must be detail oriented, punctual, reliable, and well-suited for a fast-paced and volume rich environment.

Requirements

• Legal drafting: 5+ years (preferred)
  
• Real estate document preparation: 5+ years (preferred)
  
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred)
  
• Typing at 80+ WPM (preferred)
