Project Manager 

 

Job Title: Project Manager (Remote)

Overview: 

 
 We are looking for a capable and organized Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across various initiatives. This role requires someone who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed within scope and budget. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed to maintain project momentum. 
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, status reports, change requests, and post-project evaluations. 
  • Lead regular project meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. 
  • Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards and comply with client or organizational requirements. 
  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to project workflows. 

 


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role. 
  • Experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com). 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities. 
  • Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) is an advantage but not required. 
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision. 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate teams. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
