Job description

This is a remote position.

 

The Program Advisor will lead the execution and implementation of program design and delivery including, but not limited to contractual obligations, goals and objectives. This position will involve coordinating and overseeing the process, protocols, and policies in order to ensure the team understands their scope of work and responsibilities to prevent unproductive work and staff organized and running smoothly.  (Remote)

 

Job Summary – The Program Advisor is responsible for ensuring the project is scalable and sustainable; problem solving as needed throughout the implementation to ensure that all issues are resolved and agreed goals and objectives are met.

 

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance to teams of CHWs, CHW Supervisor, etc.
  • Oversee project deliverables, including overseeing progress on objectives and activities to ensure timely completion of work plan goals and milestones.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new project staff and/or consultants as needed.
  • Maintain high level of client satisfaction and renewal, and lead team to proactively identify growth opportunities with client.
  • Deliver executive-level services, including strategic planning, support project development and rollout and managing activities across various teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, success-oriented, reflective across the team.
  • Meet regularly with assigned CHW Supervisors, Program Manager/Coordinator and clinical leads to review key program metrics.
  • Present program model, goals, design and metric to client leadership and staff; field request/questions from client and respond or delegate to CHWs and CHW Supervisors, etc. as appropriate.
  • Liaise with key community partners to ensure available community resources and processes to access are clearly defined and disseminated to CHW Supervisors and CHWs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in charge of data in order to develop reports and presentations with the goal of communicating program progress to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Represent the project team at meetings, events, and functions as needed.

 

 

Job Qualifications


  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with five plus (5+) years in leadership role managing people, programs, and budgets
  • Must have experience leading a team and or managing a health-related program/initiative.
  •  Track record of successfully recruiting, managing, and developing high performing team members
  •   Above average presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Travel is included must be okay with traveling to different locations
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, detail oriented and exercise good judgement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all the needs of the organization are met
  • Must be comfortable dealing with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirement of the organization.

  • Starting pay: $90,000 to $100,000​



Salary: 90,000 to 100,000
