ServiceNow Consultant - Offshore/India

This is a remote position.

Requirements

Primary Objectives:  

• Creating and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, in ServiceNow
  
• Application Configuration leveraging SN platform New Experience UI/UX component capabilities, business rules, flow designer, UI builder, UI pages, DB Views and others
  
• Developing across the full stack of Web technologies - Java, JavaScript, React, Angular.js, HTML and CSS
  
• Development of required client specific reporting
  
• Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, development, documentation and technical support of the ServiceNow platform
  
• Obtain and analyse business requirements and document technical solutions
  
• Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing
  

• Has 3+years of experience in ServiceNow platform
  
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certified
  
• Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM certified (preferred)
  
• Experience developing in JavaScript frameworks
  
• Minimum of 4 years of JavaScript experience
  
• Proficient in the development of web services including but not limited to Json, SOAP and XML
  
• High level interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
  
• Ability to understand business needs and how business systems can support those needs
