Job description

This is a remote position.

This internship is an opportunity to work directly with the Technology Solutions team on one of the company's highest strategic priorities: building an AI-powered operating environment that helps our business scale faster, automate repetitive work, and improve decision-making across every department.

You will help build the internal AI operating system that powers our business by connecting modern AI tools, automating workflows, organizing company knowledge, creating executive dashboards, and implementing systems that improve productivity across the organization.

You'll work with technologies that many companies are only beginning to explore, gaining experience that will position you at the forefront of AI operations and business automation.

What You'll Work On

Working alongside company leadership, you'll help design and implement systems that improve how the business operates every day, including:

  • Configuring and optimizing Claude Code, Claude Agents, ChatGPT Projects, Artifacts, and AI development environments.
  • Building reusable AI workflows, prompt libraries, agents, and internal AI assistance.
  • Connecting business systems through APIs, MCP servers, and modern integration platforms.
  • Creating executive dashboards that provide visibility into sales, recruiting, product development, customer success, marketing, operations, finance, and key business metrics.
  • Building automation workflows that reduce manual work across departments.
  • Organizing company documentation into searchable AI-ready knowledge bases.
  • Supporting GitHub repositories, development workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Researching and evaluating new AI tools that can improve productivity and business performance.
  • Documenting every solution so the organization can continue to build on your work.

Requirements

We're open to students pursuing degrees in:

  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Software Engineering
  • Cybersecurity
  • Information Technology

Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required:

  • Git or GitHub
  • Claude Code, Projects, Artifacts, Design
  • REST APIs
  • SQL
  • Dashboard creation
  • Technical writing
  • Process documentation

A strong portfolio, GitHub profile, personal projects, or examples of automation work are valued as much as classroom experience.

This internship is open only to candidates who currently reside in and are authorized to work in the United States. At this time, we are unable to hire outside the U.S.

Flexible Scheduling: Up to 15 hours per week during the academic semester.

Academic Credit Support: We're happy to work with your college or university if you're seeking academic credit for this internship — we'll complete any required paperwork, supervisor evaluations, or verification forms your program needs to help you earn course credit for your work with us.




Salary: Hourly Rate: $10.00–$14.00 per hour. Flexible Scheduling: Up to 15 hours per week during the academic semester.
