Strategic Channel Partner Manager

This is a remote position.

MyEmployment is seeking a Strategic Channel Partner Manager to build and manage channel partnerships across three key segments: payroll providers, HR implementation and consulting firms, and background screening companies. You'll identify partnership opportunities, structure mutually beneficial agreements, and manage relationships through contract closure. This is a territory-based role focused on expanding our partner ecosystem in the HR tech space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect and qualify potential channel partners in assigned territory
  
• Structure partnership agreements and negotiate terms
  
• Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract signature
  
• Coordinate with implementation team on partner onboarding
  
• Track pipeline and report monthly on partnership activity and revenue impact

Requirements

• 5+ years in channel sales or business development
  
• Track record of structuring and closing partnership deals
  
• Comfortable prospecting and building lists from scratch
  
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to think commercially
  
• Experience with payroll platforms, HR technology, consulting practices, or background screening is a plus

Salary: $120,000 plus commission- total earning potential up to $220,000+ per year
