Qualifications:
-High Proficiency in Flutterflow and strong expertise in building mobile applications
-Solid understanding of Flutter framework and Dart programming language
-Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent communication and time-management skills

Requirements
Responsibilities:
-Design and develop cloud and mobile applications using Flutterflow
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
-Clock in/clock out monitoring for the assigned shift (4-5 hours earlier than nPowered business hours)
-Act as a liaison for the executive to the third-party developers to ensure smooth communication and coordination
-Monitor and boost productivity of the development team
-Optimize and maintain existing applications built with Flutterflow
-Address and resolve any bugs or performance issues.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development
-*Tasks unrelated to tech development like research, administrative work, etc.
Nice to Have:
-Basic web development knowledge including hands-on experience with HTML, JS and CSS
-Knowledge of at least one hybrid mobile app framework
-Knowledge of responsive web development with React JS
-Good knowledge in JSON handling and API calls
-Good knowledge in mobile app security and design principles
-Experience in data analysis or business intelligence, experience working at a SaaS company
-Experience in software development project management
-SQL expertise with a proven ability to write and optimize complex queries on extensive tables (bonus if you’ve used BigQuery and/or dbt).
