Associate Cloud Engineer

Team: Cloud Engineering
Location: Remote within the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom

Shift Pattern: M-F, 8:00a - 4:30p or 9:00a - 5:30p

What You’ll Do

• Support cloud-hosted application testing, implementation, maintenance, and validation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, server, network, and application environments.
• Assist with incident response, documentation, and operational process improvements.
• Contribute to automation, deployments, and on-call support activities.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in cloud operations, infrastructure support, systems administration, or application support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Exposure to Linux, Microsoft SQL Server, or relational databases.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
