Job Description: Maximo Developer
Role Summary : We are looking for an experienced Maximo Developer to support application build, integration build, and configuration activities on our IBM Maximo environment. The ideal candidate will act as a hands-on developer, responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating Maximo to meet business requirements across Work Management, Database Configuration, Integrations, and Supply Chain modules.
Experience Required :
3–7 years of hands-on experience working as a Maximo Developer/Consultant, with demonstrated exposure to Maximo application development, configuration, and integration projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Support end-to-end Maximo application build, configuration, and customization activities.
Design, develop, and maintain Maximo integrations (MIF, Integration Framework, web services, APIs) with third-party and enterprise systems.
Perform database configuration tasks, including object structures, relationships, attributes, and domains.
Configure and support Work Management processes (work orders, PMs, job plans).
Configure and support Supply Chain functionality (inventory, purchasing, storerooms, items).
Develop and modify workflows, escalations, automation scripts
Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and integration issues.
Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Strong knowledge of Maximo application architecture and core modules.
Hands-on experience with Maximo Work Management.
Experience with Maximo database configuration (objects, attributes, relationships, domains).
Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and/or external system integrations.
Working knowledge of Maximo Supply Chain (inventory, purchasing, storerooms).
Familiarity with Automation Scripts, Workflows, and BIRT/Report development is a plus.
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
