Job Description

• 3-5 years of solid experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong facilitation and ownership skills.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis techniques and practices.
• Strong skills in requirements identification and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience with Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Requirements Management tools.
• Ability to perform gap and root cause analysis.
• Experience in the finance software domain is nice to have.
• Experience in the development of AI features is nice to have.
• Fluent English, with comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Requirements management: elicitation, clarification, documentation preparation, and keeping requirements up to date.
• Roadmap management: keep roadmaps up to date and track cross-team dependencies.
• Backlog management and prioritization.
• Release management: prepare scope, additional instructions, etc.
• Support developers by clarifying expected results, explaining problems described in defects, and providing clarification and explanation of requirements around the area. Identify end-user cases.
• Support QA by clarifying STRs, requirements around the area, business cases, and complex scenario preparation.
• Organizational activities: Scrum Master substitution, meeting handling and facilitation, document and process changes, and new initiative implementation.
• Perform gap analysis between high-level and low-level requirements.
• Reporting: preparation of Start/Mid-Sprint reports, release scope, and status.
