About the role

We’re looking for an Organizational Development Apprentice to support initiatives across organizational design, culture, engagement, leadership development, and employee effectiveness. This role offers hands-on exposure to data analysis, research, AI-enabled tools, assessments, and cross-functional projects while working with teams across HighLevel.

  • Responsibilities
  • Help gather, analyze, and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to support organizational diagnostics regarding culture, engagement, structure, and team performance.
  • Assist in organizational design projects by conducting research, preparing documentation, and building toolkits, templates, and process guides.
  • Perform benchmarking and research into industry best practices for organizational development, design, leadership effectiveness, and diagnostic trends.
  • Utilize AI tools to act as a force multiplier, accelerating organizational effectiveness and enablement across the company.
  • Help manage project timelines and deliverables while facilitating communications with stakeholders across various initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating, administering, and reporting for leadership assessments, personality profiling, and development tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to cultivate a positive, data-driven, and collaborative organizational culture.
  • Contribute to the creation of internal communication assets, including presentations, leadership reports, and workshop materials.
  • Offer perspectives and insights to identify opportunities for internal process improvements.

  • Requirements
  • A recent graduate or final-year student (Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field/discipline)
  • Strong interest in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, assessments, team dynamics, and organizational design.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong written communicator, able to create clear, structured content
  • Proactive and reliable - you take ownership without needing close supervision
  • Comfortable working with tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.). 
  • Familiar with AI tools (Google Gemini, Chat GPT, Claude, etc.) and troubleshooting on your own
  • Comfortable creating simple, structured content — slides, docs, or basic visual design
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) and comfort working with data and simple analysis
  • Naturally curious — you tend to ask “how does this work?” or “what does this mean”  when exploring solutions
