Job description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Sales Representative in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
 
In this role, you will help grow our spirits portfolio by increasing product availability, visibility, and overall performance across retail accounts. You’ll partner closely with wholesalers and retailers to drive sales, build relationships, and create engaging brand experiences. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you’ll combine sales strategy, data insights, and customer interaction to deliver results.
 
What You'll Brew:
  • Execute internal sales objectives and improve account conditions using Boston Beer Company systems and selling processes
  • Develop strong knowledge of the spirits industry, including product styles and key category insights
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding and strengthening existing accounts
  • Build brand awareness through sampling, merchandising, and consumer engagement activities
  • Communicate effectively with wholesalers, retail partners, and internal teams, including delivering presentations
  • Leverage technology platforms and data to identify opportunities across accounts, markets, and wholesalers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers to support long-term growth
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory to service accounts and support business needs
  • Occasionally work weekends, holidays, and attend meetings or trainings as required
  • Work in varied, customer-facing environments and reside within the assigned geographic territory

  • Ability to tolerate cold temperatures
 
Level: 8IC
 
Salaried: At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $48,000 and $63,000. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
