  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily production goals

  • Track listings through internal systems and act as the subject matter expert on each listing’s history

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from listing creation to auction launch

  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build trust with stakeholders

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges independently while knowing when to escalate

  • Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
