Senior AI Product Management Specialist

Ciklum is looking for a Senior AI Product Management Specialist to join our team in Argentina or Brazil.

About the role:

As a Senior AI Product Management Specialist, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst with deep expertise in AI and Intelligent Automation to join our growing team across Latin America. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic product thinking with practical BA skills — you will own the product vision while also rolling up your sleeves to gather requirements, document scope, and work closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements and actionable product roadmaps. Your knowledge of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation platforms will be essential in identifying opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and guiding end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own pod backlog, sprint planning, and delivery cadence; report progress against the co-owner's metric
• Translate business cases into agent/feature specs with clear acceptance criteria including eval pass
• Coordinate daily with the business team the pod serves; manage dependencies through the front door and platform
• Prepare gate reviews: evidence, metrics, and an honest kill/scale recommendation

Requirements:

• 5+ years product management with 2+ on AI/LLM products shipped to production
• Writes crisp specs for agentic systems: tools, prompts, guardrails, evals, failure modes
• Metrics-first operator; comfortable being graded on validated value, not activity

Desirable:

• Healthcare, marketing-tech, or marketplace domain experience

Personal skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to convey complex concepts clearly at all levels
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority across cultures and time zones
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
