Partner with the best

This is a fully remote role, but you will be required to visit our Kraków office occasionally (approx. once a month) for leadership syncs and team meetings.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 3-5 accounting professionals.
• Reviewing and approving journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy during closing cycles.
• Conducting thorough analysis and accounting of Colocation Lease Accounting Contracts without compromising precision or attention to detail.
• Driving the improvement of current accounting processes and workflows, including active participation in key projects
• Preparing and maintaining SOX Control Documentation.
• Acting as a key point of contact to support both Internal and External Auditors.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess full proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Have a solid General Ledger (GL) working accounting background with at least 5 years of professional experience and graduate of Finance or Accounting Studies
• Bring prior experience with Lease
  Accounting and contract analysis, which will be considered an asset.
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and cooperation skills, with a natural ability to motivate, guide, and inspire team.
