Your Role & Accountabilities:
Prepare accurate and timely invoices for a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision.
Identify and work with clients regarding outstanding receivables.
Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and open receivables; provide documentation and explanations as needed.
Monitor and review control reports; make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Provide monthly and ad hoc reports on receivables, trends, and collection status to management.
Maintain clear, concise documentation and follow-up records.
Participate in special projects and recommend process improvements.

Experience You Need:
High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of accounting or collections experience with emphasis on auditing, analysis, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel required
Familiarity with Oracle, Atlas, Billing Workbench, Cognos, Hem, HEX, and Onbase preferred.
Strong understanding of debits/credits and the collections process.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Customer/client-focused with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
