Job description

Allego is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company in the Boston area and creator of the market-leading Revenue Enablement Platform. Our technology helps Go-To-Market teams build the skills and access the knowledge they need to succeed in every selling situation.

Allego is the only revenue enablement platform to be named a Leader in both the Forrester Wave™ and the inaugural Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Enablement Platforms.

Not only are we growing quickly, but we’ve also been recognized as a top place to work by The Boston Business Journal, The Boston Globe, and Inc. Magazine. In addition, Selling Power named Allego one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in both 2025 and 2026.

As a  Customer Support Specialist, you will manage inbound customer requests for technical support and services, and in doing so, reinforce Allego’s award-winning reputation as a provider of fast and friendly support to all customers.

Shifts: Full-time Monday – Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.

  • 8:00 am - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
  • 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard.

While these shifts are generally consistent, candidates should have flexibility to adjust hours as needed within our team’s core operational window (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

Our Customer Support Team takes pride in helping to transform the way that ideas are shared and learning happens. You will be integral to Allego’s success through:

  • Resolving inbound Customer Support questions in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or troubleshooting screen share meetings.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers to leverage specific Allego features.
  • Analyzing and reporting product challenges and enhancements to Allego’s Product Team.
  • Provisioning new customer systems.
  • Assisting with supplemental content creation and transformation.
  • New Allego system creation.
  • Contributing to the Allego Training and Knowledge Base by authoring email templates and articles to help customers.
  • Escalation of requests to the Advanced Support, Customer Success contact,  or Operations team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication, strong writing skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Prior troubleshooting experience. Experience with SAAS is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and driven by quality.
  • Ability to operate in an extremely fast-paced and evolving start-up environment.
  • Experience using a CRM (Zendesk) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Culture and values:

Our core values, better known as Allego’s Operating Principles, are at the heart of our business. They are the fabric of our culture and central to our approach to work, our customers and with each other. Take a look here!

Benefits

Your Employer of Record (EOR) will be Remote, which manages your payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance. As an employee based in Colombia, you'll operate under a service agreement rather than an employment contract, while still receiving Remote's standard contractor benefits such as secure payments and access to benefits packages, including health benefits. This setup allows you to work fully remotely while collaborating closely with our team.

Salary

$20,000–$30,000 USD annually (paid in local currency), which equates to approximately 65M - 85M COP annually.
