  • Implement and maintain initiative governance including stage-gate reviews, health checks, steering committee cadences, and full visibility into dependencies and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary business counterpart to Technology — translating business needs into well-defined requirements, coordinating UAT, validating solutions, and aligning initiative priorities and timelines with delivery capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant internal functions to ensure process optimization efforts are aligned with compliance regulations and enterprise priorities, continuous improvement initiatives are being identified and implemented, and that strategic initiatives benefit from operational excellence methodologies.
  • Manage and develop enterprise program managers who coordinate cross-functional delivery; serve as the escalation point for initiative blockers and competing priorities.
  • Drive business architecture thinking and define the operating model for how enterprise work flows across functions, including decision rights, handoffs, and process redesign opportunities.
  • Partner with the Director of AI and Data to identify business problems suited for AI or automation, participate in joint prioritization, and define business success metrics for AI-driven solutions.
