  • Provide overall project leadership and coordination for complex industrial and federal manufacturing programs.

  • Develop, maintain, and drive the integrated project schedule and budget; identify and mitigate risks.

  • Manage on-site works execution, progress reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Support obtaining occupancy permits, taking-over certificates, and formal project closeout.

  • Provide decision-making support and strategic guidance to the client and senior management.

  • Lead risk, change, and claims management activities to protect schedule, cost, and quality outcomes.

  • Ensure effective communication and reporting to all levels of stakeholders.

  • Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

  • Additional office locations or hybrid arrangements may be considered upon request consistent with project demands.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience managing federal, DoD, or industrial megaprojects of similar scope and complexity (industrial production facilities preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience leading at least three completed industrial projects that included procurement of contractors, management of on-site works, and obtaining occupancy or taking-over certificates.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong commercial, contractual, and risk-management skills.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across owners, designers, EPC/GC contractors, and government stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief senior and client audiences.

  • Ability and willingness to deploy to client and federal sites for extended periods during critical project phases

  • Must be able to pass a general background check.

  • Must be able to speak fluent English (ability to speak Korean is a plus)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
