As part of our highly collaborative Labs` Tool and Automation team, you will work alongside passionate experts, contribute to maintaining the stability and quality of our software releases and help drive continuous improvements across our development and infrastructure landscape. Take over responsibility for tools, projects and product components
Develop new tools, while taking care of fulfilling the requirements and discuss missing information with the stakeholders
Administrate machines and take care of a steady availability of the services in the VMRay Labs' Tools and Automation team, including Amazon AWS hosted components
5+ years of Python development experience
Good experiences in some common Python frameworks (e.g. Pika, Boto3, SQLAlchemy, Django, FastAPI)
Knowledge of how to work with Code quality in mind (pep8, linters)
Knowledge in Test-driven development (Pytest)
Experience with REST APIs; Developing server applications (Micro Services), as well as clients
Experience with Ansible, PostgreSQL and Jenkins or Bamboo (CI/CD)
Experience with common Amazon AWS components and their administration, as well as Kubernetes
Experience with RabbitMQ is beneficial
Being a fast learner and excellent team player
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Germany, Bochum or Remote (Europe)
