Architect the Future of Customer Experience

Are you an Adobe expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture, data, and AI? We're looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the design of enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you'll serve as the technical bridge between business vision and implementation execution, partnering with clients, enterprise architects, engineers, and product leaders to create scalable, data-driven customer experience ecosystems. You'll help organizations unlock the full power of Adobe Experience Cloud while integrating emerging AI capabilities that accelerate personalization, content creation, and business value.

What You'll Do

Lead Solution Architecture

  • Own end-to-end architecture design for complex Adobe Experience Cloud engagements.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design architecture across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Create integration blueprints, data models, identity resolution frameworks, and governance strategies.

Drive Client Success

  • Facilitate discovery workshops and architecture reviews.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for client stakeholders.
  • Present recommendations, trade-offs, and roadmaps in business-friendly language.
  • Guide organizations through digital transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.

Shape Data, AI, and Personalization Strategies

  • Architect audience activation, customer data, consent management, and identity strategies.
  • Design solutions leveraging predictive decisioning and generative AI capabilities.
  • Establish responsible AI governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Evaluate emerging Adobe capabilities including Firefly, GenStudio, and AI-powered personalization solutions.

Mentor and Enable Delivery Teams

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
  • Drive architectural quality, best practices, and solution consistency across engagements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Proven success designing complex, multi-system customer experience solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including:
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    • Real-Time CDP
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, consent management, and governance frameworks.
  • Client-facing consulting experience with executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
  • Adobe Experience Platform Architect Certification
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Certification
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Certification
  • Adobe Data Architect Certification

Cloud & Data Certifications (Preferred)

  • SnowPro Certification
  • Databricks Certification
  • Google Cloud Professional Architect
  • Comparable cloud data platform certifications

Additional Differentiators

  • Adobe Champion status or active participation in Adobe community programs
  • Experience with Adobe Firefly, GenStudio, or generative AI solutions
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, Financial Services, or Insurance
  • Expertise in GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, FDA, or EMA compliance frameworks
  • Industry speaking engagements, published thought leadership, or Adobe ecosystem contributions

At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

 

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $155,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
