About the Role:

The Senior Channel Manager, National Partners will focus on scaling joint go-to-market strategies, driving partner-sourced revenue, and managing strategic relationships between our national partners and Veeam.

What you'll do:

  • Partner Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive account and business plans with key national partners
  • Revenue Growth: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline conversion and sales execution
  • Enablement: Train and certify partner sales and technical teams on Veeam's data resilience and management solutions
  • Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute joint campaigns
  • Executive Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor and manage executive-level alignment across organizations

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
