Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Company

Our client is an innovative organization in the health, wellness, and regenerative medicine space, focused on helping patients restore energy, optimize brain health, and improve longevity through advanced therapies and personalized treatment programs.

The company combines modern medical technology with integrative wellness approaches to address the root causes of chronic health challenges and support long-term health optimization.

The organization is growing its remote sales operation and is looking for a strong people leader who can help an appointment-setting team consistently deliver high-quality consultations while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

About the Role

We are seeking a CSM – Appointment Setter Team Lead to lead, coach, and support a seven-person appointment-setting team.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who understands that great leadership requires more than managing a dashboard. You will coach sales conversations, review calls, monitor KPIs, support setters with challenging prospects, troubleshoot lead-flow issues, and participate in appointment setting yourself.

The Team Lead will help the department consistently generate qualified, high-quality consultations for the Sales Closers while maintaining strong CRM compliance, fast lead response times, and a healthy team culture.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who is results-driven, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and passionate about developing people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of seven appointment setters.
  • Establish clear daily and weekly expectations around production, quality, CRM accuracy, attendance, and follow-up.
  • Review individual and team KPIs and conduct structured accountability conversations.
  • Coach setters through call reviews, role-play, objection handling, discovery, rapport building, and appointment commitment.
  • Review AI-powered call and script-alignment insights to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Help setters develop from basic appointment schedulers into sales-minded pre-closers while staying within approved communication guidelines.
  • Monitor Kixie and GoHighLevel throughout assigned shifts for new leads, response times, lead aging, routing issues, and missed opportunities.
  • Help rebalance lead assignments and escalate capacity or technology issues before they negatively impact conversion.
  • Coordinate with reschedulers to recover no-shows, cancellations, and other at-risk appointments.
  • Monitor closer calendar availability and help ensure the setter team provides sufficient qualified appointment volume.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for difficult conversations, lead-routing questions, technology issues, process questions, and appointment-save situations.
  • Communicate marketing, sales, system, and process changes clearly to the setter team.
  • Work closely with Sales Management, Marketing, QA, Closers, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate KPI collection and weekly scorecard reporting.
  • Partner with QA to maintain 98%–100% CRM compliance and address recurring data-quality issues.
  • Use performance data to distinguish between skill gaps, effort gaps, lead-quality issues, process problems, and technology issues.
  • Participate in appointment setting during designated production blocks to remain connected to the team's day-to-day reality.
  • Model the company's sales standards, communication style, patient-centered approach, and compliance expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR leadership, inside sales, call-center leadership, or a related sales management role.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching sales conversations and improving measurable team performance.
  • Strong experience working with KPIs, scorecards, call reviews, accountability conversations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Working proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Experience with Kixie or another power dialer is required.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales funnel data and clearly identify performance gaps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
  • Comfortable leading conversations involving older adults, Parkinson's patients, caregivers, and sensitive healthcare-related topics.
  • Ability to work remotely from a private, quiet, professional environment with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Availability to work a staggered schedule that includes assigned weekend coverage.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience leading a remote appointment-setting or healthcare sales team.
    • Experience with AI-powered call scoring, script analysis, or automated QA systems.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious workflows and patient-data privacy.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, QA, Sales Closers, and Revenue Operations.
    • Experience in high-ticket healthcare, wellness, or consultative sales.

    Benefits

  • $2,500 monthly base compensation.
  • $50 commission for each Detect Kit sold from appointments personally set by you, subject to company attribution and commission policies.
  • 100% remote position.
  • Leadership role with direct responsibility for a seven-person sales team.
  • Opportunity to develop and coach a growing healthcare sales organization.
  • Hands-on exposure to sales operations, marketing, QA, and revenue strategy.
  • Staggered five-day workweek with planned rest days and assigned weekend coverage.

  • Salary: $2,500 + Commision
