The Opportunity


As a Sales Director at AUDIENCEX, you’ll have the opportunity to join a growth-focused, highly innovative company that is reshaping the future of digital advertising. This is not a traditional sales role, it’s an entrepreneurial opportunity for a strategic, connected, and forward-thinking leader to help brands and agencies unlock growth through advanced technology and data-driven insights.


You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers, leveraging both your existing agency and brand relationships and new prospecting efforts to expand our reach. By connecting clients with our full suite of solutions — including programmatic display, video, search, social, CTV, predictive analytics and tech-first creative — you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their success stories, while building your own.


Key Responsibilities


  • Cultivate and expand relationships with agencies and brands, leveraging your established network to drive new business.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through both proactive outreach and high-quality marketing leads.
  • Deliver engaging discovery conversations and solution presentations, positioning AUDIENCEX as a trusted partner at the cutting edge of advertising innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, deliver, and optimize campaigns that surpass performance expectations.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across omnichannel platforms.
  • Act as a thought leader for clients by staying ahead of trends in ad tech, predictive analytics, and AI.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales success: 5+ years of consultative sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, or performance media, with a strong record of exceeding goals.
  • Established relationships with decision-makers at agencies and brands, with the credibility to influence and expand these partnerships.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to craft intelligent solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by growth.
  • Passion for innovation in advertising, data science, and AI-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Boostr, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) and comfort with adopting new technologies quickly.
