Nuestro cliente, una potente compañía del sector tecnológico que desarrolla proyectos de carácter innovador y con tecnologías punteras, con el fin de completar el equipo, está buscando un Sales Director. Aunque las oficinas están en Andalucía, la posición se puede desarrollar en REMOTO.


¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

Deseamos conocer perfiles con al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas, con experiencia y conocimiento en todo el proceso de ventas, que aspire a ser una pieza clave en la expansión comercial de su proyecto.
Han de tener experiencia en la venta de servicios B2B en entornos tecnológicos, y especialmente valoraremos su experiencia en venta de proyectos tecnológicos y/o Software as a Servicie (SaaS). Se busca un perfil orientado a la apertura de nuevo negocio ("Hunter") y montando el proceso de venta desde cero (generación del proceso y estrategia de venta, segmentación de mercados...)


¿QUÉ HARÁS?

Tus funciones serán las siguientes:
- Creación del Plan de Ventas para la región de Europa de acuerdo con el target de la compañía.
- Desarrollo de nuevo negocio en las distintas regiones y divisiones en los que se enfoca la empresa.
- Mantenimiento del Software de CRM de la compañía y responsabilidad que la información clave está actualizada.


REQUISITOS

- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas.
- Experiencia en venta de servicios B2B de tipo tecnológico.
- Conocimiento de todo el proceso de venta, incluyendo negociación.
- Experiencia en definición y ejecución de estrategias de venta corporativas.
- Trayectoria previa en el sector IT.
- Experiencia en segmentación de mercados, definición de target y generación de leads
- Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (C1)
- Disponibilidad para viajar
