Customer & Supplier Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Act as the operational point of contact for customers, providing expert fleet guidance and support.

  • Support supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier governance activities.

  • Conduct regular supplier and client review meetings to track fleet performance and resolve issues.

  • Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer requirements.

Financial Management

  • Work with commercial teams to maximise customer value and business revenue.

  • Analyse supplier and network costs, developing recommendations for efficiency improvements.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements.

  • Ensure activity is managed through relevant supplier management systems and platforms.

  • Produce accurate reporting, forecasting, and operational updates.

  • Monitor and deliver against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

  • Understanding of supplier performance management and service delivery frameworks.

  • Proven experience managing supplier and customer relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
