Whether you're solving problems, building market-leading products or exploring how AI can make work smarter, you'll have the freedom to create and the trust to deliver.

If you're ready to grow, shape the future of fintech and join an ambitious, high-performing team, this is the place for you.

Your impact

In the world of Executive Support at Mollie, no day is the same. This role is made for you if you thrive on helping others succeed, enjoy keeping things structured, and love wearing many hats.

Mollie is building for the future, and at the absolute heart of this next evolution is our Product & Delivery organisation - the engine driving the innovation, speed, and our unwavering commitment to product development excellence that will define our future success. As we scale to new heights, the P&D teams are tasked with shipping world-class products faster and smarter than ever before.

As the EBP to the CPO, you will be right in the thick of it - acting as the organizational glue that keeps our product and engineering teams aligned, focused, and executing at pace.

We’re looking for a proactive, service-minded and energetic Executive Business Partner to our Chief Product Officer (CPO). You will be the connecting factor and trusted partner across the broader P&D Leadership team, ensuring the CPO and team stay focused, aligned, on track and moving forward as we execute our ambitious vision.

An Executive Business Partner is the ultimate generalist; a unique blend of an Executive Assistant and a Project Manager. You’ll balance people oriented focus with operational, tactical and strategic work.

From managing priorities and keeping leadership accountable, to meeting hygiene, workshops, and executive communications. You bring structure where needed, clarity when it’s missing, and calm in the middle of complexity, all while building strong relationships along the way. You’re comfortable working autonomously.

This role is a perfect opportunity for a young professional to kickstart or accelerate your career by shadowing the CPO. You’ll gain direct exposure to high-level product strategy and leadership decision-making during a company-defining growth phase, with plenty of opportunities to grow your career within Mollie.

It’s a unique opportunity to make a big impact in a fast-paced, international company, while building a strong network with senior leadership.

What you'll ship

  • Calendar & administration: Provide calendar, travel, and administrative support to keep the CPO organized, focused, and on top of priorities.

  • Meeting management: Prepare agendas, take notes during key leadership meetings, and ensure actions are followed up. Anticipate what’s needed for decision-making and make sure everyone comes prepared.

  • Operational excellence & accountability: Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate actions with the broader Product Delivery leadership team and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.

  • Executive communications: Manage and reply to emails on behalf of the CPO, and support in drafting executive communications (increasingly supported by AI tools).

  • Projects & events: Organise and facilitate workshops, leadership offsites, and Craft leadership events to drive alignment and impact (mainly focused on internal projects)

  • Connector role with a human touch: Be the human link between the CPO, the P&D LT and the wider organisation. You build trust, create strong personal connections and ensure people feel heard and aligned. By combining empathy with structure, you enable smoother collaboration, stronger relationships and seamless information flow.

  • AI-first working: Champion the use of AI tools in daily work, and support the team in learning how AI can strengthen workflows and business cases.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ of experience supporting senior leadership in high-growth of a fast-paced environment or you are a young professional that just got their Master or Bachelor and would like to kick-start their career.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to keep multiple priorities on track

  • Hungry, proactive and resilient: your attitude and work ethic make the difference.

  • You work with a strong sense of urgency. Things get done because of you.

  • Positive, service-minded, and approachable with a flexible mindset and approach: switches easily between hands-on tasks and strategic initiatives

  • AI-first mindset: you actively look for ways to innovate and make your own - and teams’ work - more effective with use of (new) AI tooling.

  • Clear and confident communicator in English (Dutch is a plus).

  • Motivated by building face-to-face connections across the company, but comfortable working remotely.
