Job description

Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is an all-in-one software platform that helps home services companies streamline and grow their business. Founded by the sons of tradesmen who discovered that both of their fathers' professions were vastly underserved by the types of digital tools that were disrupting numerous other industries, ServiceTitan is a truly mission-driven company that takes immense pride in helping contractors become more successful and lead better lives.

ServiceTitan is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Events & Marketing to build and lead our net-new field event strategy. Reporting to the Director of Events, the Sr. Manager will design and execute a field events program that generates top-of-funnel pipeline, while continuing to strengthen the customer and late-stage-pipeline events our team is known for. The ideal candidate combines deep field event expertise with the strategic instincts of a marketer who can build a program from the ground up, and the leadership presence to align sales stakeholders around a shared vision.

This candidate should be an experienced leader who thrives on turning ambiguity into a clear strategy, builds trust quickly with sales partners, and knows how to design an outreach strategy and event experience compelling enough to draw prospects through the door. This person moves the program beyond attendance and event-day metrics, building toward conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline attribution. The role requires sharp business judgment, polished executive presence, and the drive to build something new inside a fast-moving organization.

Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

We will consider remote candidates

What you'll do

Build and own our field marketing strategy, defining event formats, target segments, and success metrics for a top-of-funnel program that attracts prospects who are not yet in our pipeline.

Design the outreach strategy and event experience that gets new prospects to actually show up, from invite messaging and channel mix to the on-site experience itself, closing the gap between a well-run event and one that draws a room full of the right people.

Apply account-based marketing principles to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts, ensuring outreach and event invitations reach the right prospects rather than a broad, undifferentiated list.

Build and run testing and optimization frameworks for outreach and event formats, using what works to continuously improve show rates and pipeline conversion over time.

Partner with and influence sales leadership across regions, aligning on target accounts, securing buy-in for the events strategy, and holding sales accountable for pre- and post-event follow-through.

Lead the full lifecycle of field events, from strategy and budget through onsite execution and post-event pipeline reporting, for both net-new and existing-pipeline programs.

Design a repeatable playbook, including event formats, invite strategies, sales enablement kits, and follow-up cadences that regional teams can execute consistently.

Manage and mentor event planners and coordinators who support execution, providing strategic direction while they own logistics.

Measure and report on event performance against pipeline and revenue goals, using data to continuously refine the strategy and prove ROI to marketing and sales leadership.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations to ensure field events reinforce broader campaign strategy and messaging.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
  • 12+ years of total experience in marketing and events, with 5+ years of deep expertise in sales-driven field events
  • A proven track record of building a field marketing program from the ground up, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company such as Salesforce
  • A proven track record of designing outreach and event experiences that draw net-new prospects to attend, not just events that convert prospects already engaged with sales
  • Strong fluency in account-based marketing (ABM), with experience using it to target the right net-new prospects rather than maximizing attendance alone
  • Experience managing significant program budgets (e.g., $1M+ annually) with a track record of demonstrating clear ROI
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with experience earning trust and driving alignment with sales leaders who do not report to you
  • Direct experience managing and mentoring a team of event planners or coordinators, with the ability to set strategic direction while others own execution
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, equally comfortable setting a multi-quarter vision and working onsite at an event
  • A deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and buyer personas relevant to our audience
  • Strong analytical rigor, with experience owning pipeline and ROI metrics to guide investment decisions, using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to track attribution and conversion
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across marketing and sales teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to engage in physical tasks typical of event roles, moving supplies, setting up activations, and more. We're a scrappy bunch, even at the senior level
  • Travel up to 25% annually, with some work on weekends or after hours as needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools such as Salesforce or Marketo
  • Experience launching net-new programs, not just scaling existing ones, in a fast-paced environment
