What You’ll Need:

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and book travel for business clients, sports teams, vacationers, weddings, and special events.
  

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
  

• Organize and schedule tour packages, excursions, day trips, and group travel.
  

• Book and confirm reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and event tickets.
  

• Provide clients with all necessary travel documents, including authorization forms, itineraries, and tickets.
  

• Assist with changes and alternative arrangements if travel plans shift before or during the trip.
