Job description

As Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Developers we are helping our clients accelerate their digital and cloud transformation strategies, and you will be part of:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering scalable Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions (on-premises and online) across large enterprise organizations

  • Leading enterprise SharePoint migration programs from on-premises environments (SP2010/2013/2016/2019) to SharePoint Online, leveraging tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, and PnP PowerShell

  • Building enterprise intranet and extranet platforms, collaboration environments, and business-critical applications using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online

  • Developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms), tightly integrated with SharePoint to enable workflow automation and improved business processes

  • Implementing custom SharePoint web parts, REST API-driven applications, and automation solutions, including document workflows and business process automation

  • Delivering SharePoint Online administration – site provisioning, governance, and environment configuration using PowerShell

  • Integrating SQL Server databases and back-end services with SharePoint, including stored procedure development and data migration

  • Supporting enterprise monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimization, and proposing improvements (technical, architectural, and process related)

  • Providing technical leadership to the domain – mentoring junior members in SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 development principles

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365/SharePoint Developer and Administrator (required)

  • Strong expertise across SharePoint versions (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online), including administration, development, and migration

  • Solid experience with SharePoint Online governance, site provisioning, and environment configuration using PowerShell

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms

  • Experience with workflow development using Power Automate, Nintex, K2, and SharePoint Designer

  • Strong development skills in .NET (C#, VB.NET), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX

  • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs and WCF services

  • Solid SQL Server development experience, including SSRS reporting and Power BI

  • Experience with enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migration tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, and PnP PowerShell

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Administration: user and tenant administration, compliance policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and identity-based controls

  • Experience with working in Agile environments

Nice to have

  • Following Microsoft certifications: PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), or other Microsoft 365 / SharePoint related certifications

  • Experience developing document management and auditing systems using SharePoint and InfoPath

  • Experience with K2 SmartForms and Nintex-based workflow automation

  • Cloud application development experience using .NET and Microsoft Azure

  • Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD) and versioning tools (Git)

  • Active Directory integration experience

  • BSc or MSc University degree in the field of IT
