Job description

Marketplace Vendor Central Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Marketplace Vendor Central Specialist, you will own the full scope of Neato's Amazon Vendor Central operations for our partnered brands. This is a 1P-focused role: you are the primary point of contact for anything that touches Vendor Central, from monitoring the dashboard for listing issues and system notifications to building new listings, executing uploads, and resolving catalog and content errors directly with Amazon Vendor Support. You will also maintain a working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central so you can support the broader Marketplace Catalog team, understand how 1P and 3P catalog operations interact, and step in on 3P tasks when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end management of Neato's Amazon Vendor Central account(s), serving as the primary owner of all
Vendor Central catalog, content, and listing operations.
• Monitor the Vendor Central dashboard and notifications daily for listing issues, catalog errors, content warnings,
and system alerts; triage and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Create new product listings and item setups in Vendor Central, ensuring accurate attributes, categorization, and
compliance with Amazon vendor policies.
• Execute bulk uploads and flat file submissions for new items, attribute updates, and catalog changes, and confirm
successful processing.
• Manage parent/child variation family relationships to ensure listings display correctly and consistently across the
catalog.
• Troubleshoot catalog and listing errors, open and manage cases in the Vendor Central case log with Amazon
Vendor Support through resolution.
• Maintain and update Vendor Central content, including product images, A+ Content, and Brand Store pages, to
reflect brand standards and objectives.
• Conduct regular audits of the Vendor Central catalog to catch suppressed listings, content gaps, or data
inconsistencies before they impact sales.
• Monitor Glance Views and other Vendor Central (ARA) reporting to flag catalog-related issues affecting visibility or
performance.
• Maintain a working, basic-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central catalog operations (listings, flat files, variation
management) to support the Marketplace Catalog team as needed.
• Partner with Marketplace Operations Managers and brand teams to prioritize catalog work and communicate
status on open issues.
Requirements
• Proven experience managing an Amazon Vendor Central account, with hands-on ownership of catalog, listings, and
content.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central catalog operations (listings, flat files, variation management)
required, even though Vendor Central is the primary focus of this role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of listings and
notifications.
• Proficiency in flat file uploads, new item setup, and troubleshooting catalog and content errors.
• Familiarity with Vendor Central reporting (e.g., Glance Views, ARA) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable liaising directly with Amazon Vendor Support.
• 3+ years of experience in marketplace catalog or vendor management, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.

What High Performance Looks Like:

• All Vendor Central listing issues and notifications are triaged same-day and resolved or escalated promptly.
• New item setups and uploads are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Listings are free of suppressions, content gaps, and attribute errors.
• Vendor Support cases are managed to timely resolution with minimal back-and-forth.
• Demonstrates working fluency in Seller Central catalog processes and can step in to support the Catalog team
when needed.
• Proactively flags catalog risks before they affect sales, visibility, or Featured Offer performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Tickets/Cases Closed Per Week: Measure individual performance based on the number of Vendor Central case log
items resolved per week.
• Total Issues Resolved: Track total notifications and listing issues resolved daily, weekly, and monthly, segmented
by brand.
• Average Resolution Time Per Issue Type: Monitor the average time taken to resolve issues, categorized by type.
• New Listings/Uploads Completed On Time: Track the percentage of new item setups and uploads completed
within SLA.
• Catalog Accuracy Rate: Evaluate the percentage of audited listings free of suppressions, content gaps, or attribute
errors.

What We Offer
• A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative company and make a lasting impact.
• A collaborative work environment with a strong company culture and commitment to employee growth and
development.
