JOB SUMMARY:

The Contract Recruiter provides end-to-end recruitment support for healthcare roles across clinical, non-clinical, and administrative functions. This role partners with hiring managers, HR teams, and organizational leaders to attract, source, and place high-quality talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The recruiter ensures a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulatory and organizational requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full‑Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned healthcare roles, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer facilitation.

  • Develop and post job listings across appropriate job boards, career sites, and professional networks.

  • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, professional groups, and healthcare‑specific recruiting channels.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers regarding market data, recruitment timelines, and candidate availability.

  • Present qualified candidates and guide hiring teams through the interview and selection process.

Candidate Management

  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure an exceptional experience.

  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communications.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations, employment laws, and organizational policies.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Support background checks, credential verification, and onboarding as needed.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.

  • Provide weekly updates and status reports to HR leadership and hiring managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Required

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.

  • Proven success recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles (e.g., RNs, MAs, techs, administrative staff, etc.).

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.).

  • Understanding of credentialing and healthcare compliance requirements.

  • Experience recruiting for multi-state or multi-site healthcare systems.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
