  • Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and collaborative skills. Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance to   organizational stakeholders, executive leadership, Board members, governance bodies, and volunteer leaders.
