Ready to lead a diverse product portfolio, drive data-informed decisions, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional business results? Oregon Lottery is hiring one (1) Manager, Product Excellence to join the Operations team.
 
This is a remote position with occasional on site travel approximately once per quarter to attend team meetings, trainings, and other business-related events. Please note that Oregon Lottery does not reimburse travel expenses.

About the Role:

You will report to the Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Operations and develop and execute operational plans, organize work to align with business strategy, and evaluate the performance and results of your functional team. You will lead the planning, development, and optimization of a diverse game portfolio, ensuring strong performance through continuous monitoring and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee cross-functional product development initiatives and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and timely products across all product lines. You will drive continuous improvement by assessing program effectiveness and leading key projects that enhance quality, cost efficiency, and productivity.

You Will:

  • Plan, organize, and evaluate the work of the unit while creating and sustaining an engaging and inclusive team culture.

  • Perform supervisory and talent management responsibilities, including aligning individual performance expectations with organizational goals and collaboratively developing performance goals with direct reports.

  • Provide constructive and timely feedback, guidance, coaching, and support. Ensure professional development plans are in place and manage ongoing performance.

  • Support employees in addressing and resolving conflicts directly, providing guidance as needed.

  • Lead the Product Excellence team by establishing key performance indicators, timelines, and a culture of high performance across all product lines.

  • Develop and optimize product plans for the game portfolio.

  • Monitor alignment across multiple product lines to support numerous concurrent game development efforts and ensure successful market delivery.

  • Oversee the planning, development, and administration of assigned lottery programs and services.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness, including initiatives designed to optimize quality, cost efficiency, and productivity.

  • Set, measure, and report Product Excellence KPIs and other performance metrics.

Education and Experience
β€’ Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of professional experience in product development, product management, or product operations. Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience; OR
